The group in addition comprises of four directly owned strategic subsidiaries, collaborating to enhance its capabilities by pooling resources for the continued development, manufacturing, and customised requirements to meet local national requirements and facilitate global distribution.
Operating in France, United Kingdom, Italy, and Brazil, each subsidiary plays a vital role in linking our diverse clientele to our headquarters ensuring the group monitors products and manufacturing quality to the needs of national markets. 1895
Jacques MANDET establishes MANDET company, specialized in the manufacturing of respiratory devices and pressure regulators

Creation of PINGEOT et BARDIN company for subcontracting pumps, valves, and metal accessories for Michelin

A wide range of products, under two recognized brands: Clesse and Novacomet, specializing in Liquid Fuel Gas, Propane, and Natural Gas (NG):
- Gas pressure regulators, PRS stations, meter box solutions, and associated equipment for bulk tanks, cylinders, and piped network distribution systems,
- OPSO and Domestic Safety regulation with ranges Compact 800/900 and CSR 485/495, featuring the patented Consumer Safety Reset (CSR) for superior consumer protection,
- OEM solutions for static and mobile homes, agriculture and poultry, generator and power applications,
- CompacTi Telemetry, offering a unique patented system for gas cylinders with a consumer mobile smart application,
- Specialist pressure regulators using the BP3 range for industry,
- Vaporizers up to 1000 kg designed to Clesse specifications in partnership with Pegoraro.
Capacity ranges including:
- 250kg/h with models AP 40/400, APS 2/2000 first stage, second and third stage reduction BP 2202/3, 23, and 24,
- 500-2000kg/h+ using models 1492 and 1495, in collaboration with third-party partners like Coprim.
